Our Story
Simur was born from a need for a smarter compliance solution. We set out to develop a solution to improve the CDD process for our financial service business. Over the past four years, we have invested in testing, refining, and scaling our solution to address the needs of the greater marketplace.
Our first pilot program with FundBank proved successful; it automated their entire CDD process, reduced their costs by over 90% and shortened CDD obligations to minutes instead of months.
Simur officially launched in 2023 and is working with businesses of all sizes to uncomplicate, automate and accelerate their Customer Due Diligence process
Legal
Simur's aim is to become the leading global provider of digital CDD compliance solutions. Because of this, we heavily invest in all aspects of our product and operations, including legal and security measures. We built Simur to meet the standards set by the most demanding laws and regulations, including AML, eIDAS, GDPR or PSD2, FATF, EBA and CIMA, among others.

We are currently in the accreditation process for our ISO 27001 certification.
Simur meets the requirements and standards established by European eIDAS Regulation. It also meets all the relevant requirements defined in the following rules and regulations: Implementing Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1502, ETSI EN 319 401, ETSI 319 411-1.
